Zohan's Story

Zohan is quite the party animal! This goofy boy enjoys the company of people and canines and does not like missing out on all the fun! If you are ready with a handful of treats, he is ready to hone in his social etiquette skills!

Believe it or not, Zohan does get nervous of situations like high traffic hallways. He would appreciate a slower approach on his own terms. However, once outside he enjoys his walks! He also welcomes playgroups and daycare where he can jostle with canine buddies. At the same time, a daily dose of quiet, meditative time will help soothe his soul.

Zohan is eager to hit the ground running. A family with older children willing to help him channel his energy would be ideal for him. He will be the life of your party!

Meet Zohan

Join us on May 25th, from 6-9 pm for an IN-PERSON PUP-UP Adoption Event at the Lincoln Park Adoption Center. This is a one-night-only chance to meet some of the amazing dogs living in foster homes right now! Only selected dogs (with the PUP-UP Banner) will be participating in this special adoption event.

Things to know about this event:

  • Make an appointment for the Foster PUP-UP here.
  • Please be sure to complete your ComPETibility quiz and adoption application before the event.
  • The dogs with the "Pup-Up" banner will be a part of this event. Please be sure to check their ComPETibility ratings against your own for great matches.
  • The event is first-come, first-serve for applicants who meet all adoption requirements and are a match for the selected animal.
  • The entire household must be present for the event to ensure that the dog is the right fit for the person/family.
    • Please note that many of these wonderful dogs would do best in homes without young children.
  • If you have a resident dog, it is required to bring them along to meet the potential new canine family member!
  • If you are interested in other animals not participating in this event, please make an adoption appointment to visit the Lincoln Park Adoption Center another time.

Regular adoption fees and a $100 refundable training deposit still apply.
